(no subject)

I find it a little scary how much MCR's twitter feed sounds like fic dialogue.

I'M JUST SAYING. I DIDN'T THINK THEY COULD HONESTLY BE THIS DORKY. I THOUGHT WE MADE THEM THIS DORKY OUT OF OUR OWN HEADS.

It's uncanny how familiar Bob is. Srsly. I have seen two MCR interviews in my whole entire life, and Bob was absent from one of them and in the other I saw the back of his head. And yet I'm going, oh, hi Bob, you are laconic and funny and faily and squashing your bandmates' caffiene overdoses, I know you.

...and did Gerard seriously just say oh boy?

Somebody needs to write me about Gerard's Nancy Drew period when he was about twelve. *G*

ETA: *still fascinated* Dude, since when is BOB the one communicating the most with the fans??

Gerard updated the blog with a haiku about zombie video games.

A HAIKU ABOUT ZOMBIE VIDEO GAMES.

HE IS A CARICATURE OF HIMSELF.

It's a lot like Andy "I Hate Fame" Hurley all of a sudden being the most accessible member of FOB. Seriously, what?

This is why they are my favorites, even over Panic. Bob and Mikey are stealth awesome. And Gerard is . . . Gerard. He's like every fanboy that ever used to follow me around the shop AND NEVER ASK ME OUT when I worked at the comics store. Geeky and sweet, but ridiculous and failsome at the same time. MY HEART: they have it!
