I love how I'm writing about Ryan getting high and then he twitters about being an alligator.

This fic is twisty and difficult in a lot of ways, but sometimes it's just FUNNY.

Does this mean, a) he has scaly skin and needs lotion, b) there is a tiny bird cleaning his teeth, c) he intends to become a handbag in the near future, or d) he belongs to the Happiest Millionaire?

I was mostly envisioning a scenario where he turns into an alligator while Spencer is over and Spencer is pissed, okay, cause like, enough already, he was just a mouse two days ago. (As in, in this world, Ryan has been randomly turning into animals their whole lives. Just cause that's what happens if you're Ryan Ross, clearly.) But he's one of those little ones, so Spencer just runs a bath and Ryan, idk, waddles into it, and Spencer hotboxes the bathroom and hangs out with alligator!Ryan until he eventually changes back into a real boy. Then they make out?

I like this! But how does he twitter while transformed?

Well I'm thinking that's Spencer. Possibly, since they are RyanandSpencer, they can still like, roll their eyes at each other instead of talking, and Spencer knows Ryan wants to share his alligatorness with the world. And or Spencer is just high and thinks it would be funny. Bickering the next day about Spencer appropriating Ryan's voice!

And then they make out some more!

You know that's right! (Spencer can totally pick Ryan up by the hips and sit him up on the counter, also. I feel. And Ryan spiders his legs around Spencer's back and... there is making out!)

I dunno, Karla, I really want to write a Bill and Pete AU now.

I'm having a whole Mikey/Pete thing. But mostly I believe Pete loves all Tom Conrads.

Bill and Pete are a crocodile and his toothbrush (a small pink bird who is his best friend and cleans his teeth.) They go down the Nile to museum exhibits and catch bad guys!

Okay, that makes more sense. Also WHY HAVE I BEEN DEPRIVED OF THIS MAJESTY? My wasted youth!

You should go to your local library and find these books! There were at least two. Tomie DePaola (o? one of those)

And really, I never would have thought Ryan Ross's twitter would be as entertaining as it's proven to be. Maybe I underestimate him.

It's an experiment. I started with a basic idea of the story, but I'm making it conform to each new bit of canon as it comes along--i. e. including Eric in Ryan's househunt, sending Ryan hiking with Jon, etc. In some ways it's quite frustrating but in some it's HIGHLY AMUSING.

I did that for the Brendon/Singer story. They make up their own canon, anyway, it's SO MUCH FUN. And with all the begging I've been doing for people to write me about Ryan and Jon's honeymoon in the canyon house, this is making me very excited! There may have been slight squeeing behind my cash register just now (there was only one customer, he'll just have to deal, what).

Well, okay, but fair warning--it's not so much a honeymoon as Jon nursing him through his crazy person mourning period.

Fic is Spencer/Ryan, Shane/Brendon, Brendon/Shane/Spencer, and one really ill-advised onenightstand Ryan/Brendon.
