I have the scenario, I know what I want to do, but it will not come onto the paper...keyboard...screen...thingy.
If you were a nasty five or six year old little boy who had to torture something small and helpless so that Bill Weasley would get mad at you, what would you torture? Bonus points for making the small and helpless thing belong to a Muggle or associated with Muggles in some way but not belonging to a Muggle (latter preferred)
