So I am trying a new thing where I wake up very early and go to the gym for about an hour (well, including shower time) before my morning classes. So far it has been surprisingly effective in a) making me eat a decent breakfast, b) getting me actually to the gym, and c) making me go to my morning classes, since I am already up and dressed and on campus. I eat a big lunch between my morning and afternoon classes, swim laps after classes, and then come home for a small meal before settling to homework and internet and junk.

Today, however, I had a meeting with my advisor and had no time to come home for lunch. I still made myself go swim, because if it isn't routine for at least a month, it won't be effective, and then I came home, and o.m.g. foooooooooood. So good when you are starving, jeez.
