Do you--any of you--know how incredible it feels to go out in a pair of sexy shoes and a dress you love, but haven't been able to fit into for a year?

IT FEELS GREAT.

Although, encouraged by that great feeling, I decided to see how much I've actually lost; not as much as I thought. But if I can lose 3.5 pounds a month until TWH I'll reach my goal. Go me!


Grandfather's wedding yesterday, which I completely spaced...the family called and I had to panic and get ready. I got lost about nine times, getting there and coming back. The bride hired a bagpiper as a surprise for my grandpa--in a maybe 600 sq. ft. room with a zillion people in it. Ow.

But they both seemed very happy. Please put out your karma for Dave and Judy, may they be happy and live long.


I am so incredibly happy that the away crowd will be back soon. I miss them so!


HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Charlie. Especially the Leaky's Charlie. *grins*

And a very, very happy birthday to my dear Jess, who is nineteen today. Well...physically, anyway. *g*

I am so addicted to the_leaky's charlie. I am actually addicted to the whole thing, now that I think about it. I don't want to friend it though, because I have family members on my journal and they have already given me a hard time about the Harry/Ron and Ron/Draco communities I have friended. I cannot even imagine what they would think if they followed a link to Leaky.

LOL, I used to have that problem, but I now have SO MANY things and people friended that RL people take one look at trying to get to know me that way and give up in despair. I haven't friended anything obviously smutty (for instance, the pwf comm *pouts*), but other than that I'm pretty safe. *G*
