Will have to stock up on painkillers and remember to take them to work tomorrow.

At least I have an explanation of bursting into tears on three separate occasions in the same afternoon last week while teaching...although PMS has never affected me quite like that or quite so strongly before.

Could be PMDD or some other imbalance. Ask a doctor, especially about the pill, could help.
