Hoopla! I was accepted as a CM beta! Yes! *drools over the prospect* This is going to be SO much fun...not to mention the fact that it is a nice resume plumper.

In sadder news...I'm back. I have promised to try, socially and academically and all the rest of it...and if I still want to come home at the end of the semester I can. But for the next four months...I'm back.

Thank you, all my darling Council friends, for having that e-mail arrive at just the opportune moment...if I hadn't had something to be elated about I would be really, really depressed right now.

It has...although I accidentally took a fic from one of the absolutely best writers on there and then flipped because I realised it was by her...and now it uploaded the unbetaed version and I can't figure how to fix it. *sigh* Great first impression. Ah, well. Experience is important.

hey, don't worry 'bout it. you were just stressing cuz it was from her. don't worry 'bout it, even the best writers need their betas :D and it's another way to get on the inside ;) *sly grin* lol! but don't worry; i'm sure all the new betas have their own bad first-impression stories. with time comes experience ;D
