HELP

The MS info/signup page says the due date is the 23rd of November.

Somebody on my flist--yesterday, I think...?--said it was the 9th of November.

Somebody ELSE on my flist just said it was the 9th of December.

DOES ANYBODY OUT THERE KNOW THE ACTUAL ANSWER BEFORE I SAW OFF MY OWN HEAD BECAUSE THIS FIC IS NOT GOING WELL AND I ONLY HAVE FIFTEEN DAYS???

ETA: fluffyllama has answered my question. The answer is not pretty...but at least I have one. *g*

It's staggered this time around. If it's your first time taking part the due date is 9th November. Second timers get until the 16th, and third timers the 23rd.
