And so, I am returned.

It was no more and no less f*****-up than any other family vacation, so par for the course, I suppose.

Interestingly, beginning Saturday night, I have had the sensation that the world is tilting...as though I am rocking on a boat. I keep having to stop walking and grab onto the nearest wall. No clue where it came from, but I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow for something else, anyway, so I shall ask him. In the meantime, not sure what to do about work.



Realised tonight that I hadn't read the missionaries' e-mails for the past two weeks, so I did. It hit me--sudden and strong--how much I miss them. Horribly. Their presence in my life. The people they are.

Hey, glad to see that you're back! I hope the whole doctor's thing goes well... I'll call you sometime this week so I can give you your stuff that I backed up, and maybe we can hang out or something if you want to.

Interestingly -- I'm reading it now-- Hitler also had a similar sensation, of the world tilting to the left, and he needed to stop every so often too. So... have you lost any major land wars against Russia recently?

I miss them too, more than I thought I would. I never would have thought I would miss their egotistical view of the world, but I think it's what our group's dynamics have been thirsting for most. I'm very glad one will be returning this August and another this coming January. My gods, it has already been two years...
