Today I am supposed to be straightening out this paperwork mess but am instead mostly lying on the heating pad wishing I knew enough about human anatomy to perform a home hysterectomy on myself.

It can't be that hard, right? a sharp knife, a pair of tweezers, some towels for the blood...

BAH.

I made some cupcakes from a gluten-free mix, and discovered the leftovers just now as I was cleaning out the cupboards. They're still pretty good.

The scary part? I made them six weeks ago.

Can you imagine the chemicals that must be in there?
