FURTHER Smallville
Apr. 18th, 2007 01:48 amThere is NO WAY this episode is not being written--let alone acted--subtextually slashy.
ABSOLUTELY NO WAY.
It's not even especially subtextual.
The jealousy and the intimate conversations and the innuendo and the eyesex, good. LORD.

Tom Welling knew though - he made a comment on one of the DVDs (I think it's the second season's commentary) about it. So maybe the creators didn't; realize it but I do think TW and MR intentionally played it up.
