Apr. 25th, 2007 11:37 pmDUDES, do you REALISE??
House--our House, the one we fell in love with and ranted at the TV over and cheered about--it's BACK. OUR SHOW IS BACK.
The writers came back from angsty!bizarre!ville and are themselves again! Our beloved actors, who were doing the best they could, now have something amazing to work with again!!
W0000000t!
Which is to say? This week's ep ROCKED.

Date: 2007-04-26 07:25 am (UTC)If it's any consolation, the House writers went there to JOIN the VM writers, who had been camped there permanently since the close of the first season. It was quite tragic. The VM writers only returned just after all of us threw up our hands in despair and agreed we hoped the damn show was cancelled. (And it will be. It SOOOOOOOOO will be.)

Date: 2007-04-26 03:00 pm (UTC)Lately, it has been amazing, and the writers are such a TEASE! I keep having to remind myself that House/Wilson probably won't happen, no matter how they hint at it.

Date: 2007-04-26 05:34 pm (UTC)Granted, I liked the episode (especially meeting one of the former Mrs. Wilsons), but the angst has been fun because of exactly that, the actors were doing something different and characters were pushing the boundaries of their comfort zone. Chase being more clever and (gasp) suave, Cameron giving her reptilian hind brain more love, Foreman being...well, ignore him, House being more Wilson, Wilson being more House, and Cuddy being more Wilson.
