I get engaged (I know I went through the whole dating process, etc., but I can't remember that bit) to one of the guys from the ward...one of the ones I saw last night. I have absolutely no idea which one it was now, but I know it was one of them.

He is/was apparently enormously wealthy, so he threw a huge party and then presented me with the ring in front of everyone (after I'd accepted in private). But it didn't have any stones, it was just the setting. And for some reason he was supposed to be wearing an engagement ring, too (hey, it was a dream), but I got very upset because he didn't want to wear it (I think I thought he wasn't sure he wanted to be engaged after all.) But then he was very sweet and explained everything.

But I still wasn't sure about being ready to marry anyone, so Amy, Liz, and Isella (who apparently now went to OU) decided to take me on a road trip to clear my mind and have some fun. We decided to go visit Liz's family in TX. (No, they don't really live there.) We took off in Sal (Amy's car), taking turns on Liz's motorbike (?).

We stopped at a high school that specialised in music and boarded its pupils...it provided the Sooner Marching Band. We got there while they were practicing for a big parade and got separated. Liz and I were still together, but Amy and Isella were off (they were w/ each other, though). Amy's little bro Wes was a clarinetist there. She found him, and then Liz and I found him.

He was supposed to be putting us up for the night, but no girls were allowed in his dorm. We went to his room so he could get something, and asleep on his floor was my fiancee! Wes hustled us out because we weren't supposed to be there...Amy had already been moved to the girl's dorm to stay w/ a friend of his, which we were supposed to do too. We were hurrying there, and Liz and I discovered we'd been infested with fleas and that was when I woke up. (My tag was itching my back).

Speaking of marriages and parties....I went to that wedding reception with Kimi last night. Very beautiful wedding gown, and both the bride and groom go really well together. It was sad in a sense, though, because Brianne's not much older than us. Kimi v. nervous/uptight the entire night.

they were in Texas because they're related to me! :D lol, yeah dreams are fun ;)
