Hatch is my state's rep in the Senate. Head of the committee that is starting the anti-gay marriage amendment. Making public statements in this morning's paper and contradicting himself every other sentence. Arrogant berk.

I'm so mad I could spit nails--I read the story while eating breakfast and spent ten minutes slamming doors and drawers cleaning up before I finally stomped upstairs to write it out--and now I'm here, I can't think what to say. I can hardly see straight--right next to the man who claims to represent me is another article on Mass. marriages not being valid in other states.

I've said it all before, I'll probably say it all again, but let me just state here and now that I'm INCREDIBLY angry and as soon as I'm calm enough to be coherent that nasty man is getting a hell of an e-mail.

ETA: I had a half-hour argument with my brother on this and he made it worse. Dammit, I've got to get to Amla or Amy and rant for a few minutes before I come into contact with any of the others, especially Chase, because I don't think they'd escape with whole hides.
