My hair is supposed is supposed to be red.

Read: SUPPOSED TO BE.

Okay, it was only supposed to tint it--I wasn't going whole hog--but you are supposed to be able to tell the difference. And now it'll be a month before I can try to get what I wanted. Phoo.

In more sad news, everybody is going away. College. Wah. It is too sad.

In pathetic news, the website for the college is so incredibly confusing that I will be spending a large portion of my evening trying to make them explain what classes I am eligible for.

In happier news, I have found a deli that can make amazing egg salad sandwiches.

Whenever you dye your hair yourself, you always have to go for the shade two shades lighter than you actually want it. This is because, for some odd reason that no one quite knows why, it always comes out two shades darker on your hair than it looks on the box.

Seventeen magazine does have its uses, lol.

That reminds me, senior year this girl Christina wanted to dye her hair back to its natural color (dark brown.) She did not know the two shades rule and it came out pitch black. Poor thing. Worked out perfectly for her part in The Rose Tattoo though. Poor thing, it did not look good, though being Italian she could get away with it. Same thing just happened to my uncle. ::snerkle::

Funny, mine's actually the opposite. Maybe it's hard to dye or something, but it's never as colored as I want it to be. Well, except this time, but I used something called POWER RED. Heh.

But in general, yeah, that's a good rule. Better safe than sorry, etc.

A kind of medium brown. The idea was to give it a reddish cast, but it had absolutely no effect.
